Parent/Player Informational Meeting Schedule

Fall Registrations Opens: July 15th, 2026  Practices/Tryouts Begin: August 17, 2026

Registrations must be received by the RHS Activities Office a minimum of 5 Business Days before the first day of practice/tryouts to ensure the registration is received and processed.

Sports Physicals

• Sports physicals are valid for three years from the date of the exam.
• Fine Arts programs (e.g., Speech, Jazz Band, Drama) do not require a sports physical.
  Check your student’s current physical date:
  • Log in to Parent Portal → Click your student’s name → Go to the Health tab.
• Submit updated physicals:
  • Email to: rhs.activities@isd728.org
• Students cannot participate in practice without a valid sports physical on file.
