Overview

Spring 2025- 2026 on-line Athletic Registrations open February 9, 2026.

log in to your Parent Portal (School Store) to begin your registration. 

Registrations need to be received by the RHS Activities Office a minimum of 5 Business Days before the first practice/tryout date to ensure the registration is received and processed.

Sports physicals are required for all students participating in sports. Sports physicals are current for 3 years from the date of exam and must be current for the entire season. Fine Arts (Drama, Speech, Jazz Band etc.) do not require a sports physical, but do need to complete the Health questionnaire with the registration.

Athletic / Activities Registration

Helpful Hints:

•  You will need the Parents Parent Portal Login to access the Online Registration.
• All Forms (RHS and MSHSL Eligibility, MSHSL Health Questionnaire, Emergency Card) are completed with the online registration.
• Payment Options: Pay with Registration or Pay at a Later Date. If you select to Pay at a Later Date the fee will be available to pay on the Parent Portal "Fee Tab" .
• ISD728 Co-Curricular annual school year Family Max is $775.00.  If you have reached your annual school year family max select the Pay at a Later Date option and contact the RHS Activities Office for the Activity Fee to be adjusted.
• Educational Benefits, if you are receiving educational benefits select the Pay at a Later date option and send your current school year confirmation letter to the RHS Activities Office.   rhs.activities@isd728.org

Detailed Registration Instructions:

1. Log in to Parent Portal
2. Select : *School Store, *School Student Attends, *Sport or Activity, *Specific Sport/Activity 
3. Complete Forms, Including Digital Signature and Payment Option (Pay with Registration or Pay Later)
4. Submit Forms
5. Submit Registration: Add to Cart  and Submit Cart for fee amount or $0.00 (if chosen to  Pay Later)
6. You will receive an email confirmation when registration is complete. If you do not receive an email confirmation please review steps 4 and 5 to ensure the registration was submitted.

Insurance: ISD 278 does not provide any type of health or accident insurance for injuries incurred by your student at school. Please see the school website, Families Tab, Student Insurance, for information and options for supplement health Insurance.
