Class of 2026 Graduation
The graduation celebration for RHS seniors and their families is Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at 7:00 PM in the Rogers High School Fieldhouse.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
As we prepare for this exciting celebration, we would like to inform you that seniors with outstanding fees will not be able to pick up their cap and gown until those fees are paid in full. If you believe a fee on your student’s account is listed in error, please contact the school office as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly. We appreciate your attention to this matter and your continued support during this important milestone.
GRADUATION INFORMATION
Senior Breakfast and Rehearsal
The senior breakfast, sponsored by the Elk River Education Association, and rehearsal are on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at 8:15 AM in the RHS Commons.
GRADUATING SENIORS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND REHEARSAL!
Prep Room Assignments
Students will be notified of their assigned prep room at rehearsal. Graduating seniors should report to their assigned prep room at 6:15 PM with their cap and gown. Clothing for the All Night Grad Party may also be brought to the prep rooms for safekeeping during the ceremony.
Handicap Accessible Seating
Handicap seating will be available on the ground floor of the fieldhouse on a first-come-first-served basis.
Tickets for Commencement
Tickets will be available in mid-May. Download the GOFAN app from your app store to reserve your tickets. Use your student's Student Number as the access code. This can be found in your parent portal under the student barcode. Each graduating senior is allotted four (4) tickets. Additional tickets cannot be requested from the school.
- You must have the live ticket on your phone to enter- screenshots will not be accepted.
- Do not click "Use Tickets." The staff at the high school entrance will handle check-in.
- Everyone in your group must be present to enter. If you share tickets, ensure the recipients have the GoFan app and can access their live tickets.

The ceremony will be live-streamed on the RHS Livestream Channel. Friends and family can view the ceremony in the RHS Performing Arts Center or from the comfort of their homes. No ticket is required for PAC seating.
Graduation Regalia
Graduation cap and gown packages will be provided at no cost. The link for students to access the cap and gown order form is posted on Schoology and requires a student ISD 728 login; parents cannot access the form. Students should select their size from the dropdown menu and submit their orders by November 27, 2025. Students who did not submit their information before the deadline are not guaranteed the correct size.
Graduation regalia will be distributed during the senior picnic on Friday, May 29, 2026.
- Students who cannot attend the seniors' last-day events may pick up their cap & gown package in the main office on Monday, June 1, 2026 . There is no early distribution.
RHS Financial Obligations
Unpaid fees for the 2025-2026 school year will be sent to collections on December 31, 2026. This excludes optional fees and donations. To pay outstanding fees or fines, please visit Campus Parent Portal. If you believe there is an error with your student’s account, contact the main office for assistance.
Attendance
The school district's attendance policy remains for seniors through Friday, May 29th (seniors' last day). There are no authorized class skip days; unapproved absences will be addressed in accordance with school policy.
Student Conduct
Seniors who have conduct issues during the last days of school can be suspended from the graduation ceremony.
