Senior Photos and Recognition Ads 2026
Class of 2026 - Congratulations on entering your final year of high school! As your yearbook staff, our goal is to make sure that you are well-represented in the yearbook. To help us reach that goal, we are asking you to do a couple of things.

SENIOR PHOTO SUBMISSION:
We have a NEW process in place for submitting your senior portrait for the 2026 yearbook.  The following information regarding the submission of senior portraits is very important; please read it carefully!

The deadline for submitting your senior portrait is November 30, 2025. If a senior portrait is not uploaded via the link and the steps below by November 30, 2025, your student’s STUDENT ID portrait will be used instead, if a portrait is available.

Plan ahead; pictures should be taken by early September to give your photographer time to prepare your photo for the yearbook.  Students may choose their own photographer to shoot their senior portrait for the yearbook.

Please inform your photographer of the following criteria:

  • JPEG file format is preferred
  • Photo quality needs to be 300 DPI or higher for the actual image size (A high-resolution photo is required for printing purposes).
  • The portrait should be a vertical head-and-shoulders shot. Horizontal photos will NOT be accepted.
  • Simple, neutral backgrounds look best in the yearbook.
  • File size NOT to exceed 50 MB. Very important!

We realize that the more formal, head-and-shoulders shot may not be your favorite pose or the one you choose to exchange with friends, but these guidelines will ensure consistency in the yearbook.

Online submission process:

Follow the prompts.
The senior portraits section of the yearbook will include a senior portrait with the student's name.

  • Add contact information first. This is the person submitting the portrait, and typically a parent or photographer.
  • Enter the verification code sent to your email address
  • Share a photo to PORTRAITS
  • Review guidelines and click on OK, GOT IT
  • Choose the image to be uploaded
  • Next, you will tag the photo with the student's first name, last name, and grade 12.  Double-check the spelling of the student’s full name. 
  • Click on ADD>CONTINUE>DONE.
  • Checkmark acknowledgement and click on SUBMIT

You will receive a confirmation email from Jostens when portrait submission is completed.  If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk or Spam folder.  Confirmation comes from donotreply@jostens.

SENIOR RECOGNITION ADS:
If you’d like to purchase a Senior Recognition Ad for your senior, go to THIS AD LINK to create and pay for your ad.

Honor your favorite senior with a Recognition Ad in the yearbook. For $47, you can publish a photo of your senior as a child, along with a personalized message. Senior Ads must be received by NOVEMBER 30, 2025.
